Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers. A more considered building experience.
Building or renovating a home comes with plenty of questions. Below, we’ve answered some of the things our clients most commonly want to know before starting their project with Kesici Built.
-
Every home is different, and the final cost depends on factors such as the size of the home, site conditions, design complexity, finishes and inclusions. Once we understand your plans, priorities and budget, we can provide clearer guidance and help ensure the project is designed with your budget in mind from the beginning.
-
The first step is simply to get in touch and tell us a little about your project. Reach out through our contact form or send us an email.
Whether you already have completed plans or you’re still in the early stages, we can discuss your site, ideas, budget, timeframe and what you’re hoping to create. From there, we’ll review the project, identify the next steps and guide you through the process toward pricing, pre-construction and ultimately the build itself.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. In fact, involving your builder early can often help create a smoother, more informed path from design through to construction.
-
Kesici Built is deliberately not a volume builder. We take on a limited number of projects so we can stay closely involved in each build, maintain a high level of quality control and give clients direct access to the people actually delivering their home.
Our difference comes from hands-on trade and construction experience, direct builder involvement and a more personal approach from start to finish. We stay across the details, communicate clearly throughout the build and carefully manage each stage so clients always understand what is happening and what comes next.
We also choose our projects carefully. The goal is not to build as many homes as possible, but to deliver a select number of projects to a standard we are proud to put the Kesici Built name to.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page here or email. We aim to respond quickly - usually within one business day.

Construction time varies depending on the size and complexity of the home, site conditions, approvals and selections.
Before construction begins, we’ll provide a detailed building program and keep you informed throughout the project so you always understand what’s happening, what’s coming next and any factors that may affect the timeline.

Changes may be possible depending on the stage of construction and the nature of the request.
Any proposed variation is reviewed for its impact on cost, timing and the building works before proceeding.
Our aim is to keep variations clear, documented and transparent so there are no unnecessary surprises throughout the project.
-
Communication is a major part of the Kesici Built experience.
You’ll receive regular updates throughout construction covering progress on site, upcoming works, important decisions and any matters requiring your attention.
You’ll also have direct communication with our team rather than being left wondering what’s happening.
